Summer Camp in Lancing 2024

Dear friends!

We invite adults and children to join us at the family Summer Camp “Robinsons – 2024”! Like all other years, the camp is organised for bilingual Russian-speaking children and their families. This year marks six years since our first shift in 2018!

This summer, we offer two shifts:

1st shift: 25 July 2024  9:00 am – 28 July 2024 9:00 pm

2nd shift: 29 July 2024  9:00 am – 1 August 2024 9:00 pm

About Robinsons Summer Camp.

We conduct our family camp at a lovely spot – Streamside. The Streamside is located in the picturesque Sussex Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the South Downs National Park. The camp consists of a small building of Farrow’s Barn, and a stream separates two fields. The building has a fireplace, two small rooms for staff use, toilets and a shower. There is also Wi-Fi available. In front of the building, there is space for a bonfire.

The seafront is 12 minutes away by car. There is a parking space for up to 10 vehicles. The remaining cars have to be parked on the adjacent road.

Stay at the camp.

We can offer two different options for staying at the camp:

1) Staying for three nights and four days for the whole family. You will need a waterproof tent, sleeping bags, mattresses and other items for a prolonged stay outside.

2) Staying only during the daytime for children and teenagers 8-16 years. The camp is near Brighton and other towns, so going home for the night is possible. You will still need a waterproof tent to keep your belongings in rainy weather conditions.

Activities for both adults and children include outdoor activities, pond dipping, various games, competitions, language learning, arts and many more. The program is designed for each shift.

Meals at the camp.

The price includes four meals daily: breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner. The menu will be published a week before the beginning of the camp. For food enquiries, please get in touch with us by email.
